Error 0x80042306 when trying to create a restore point. How to fix it?

At first, immediately upon entering the "system protection" I got error 0x81000203, with the help of the video I fixed it, I was already able to press the button to create a restore point, after that it seems to start creating a point, but then an error pops up. In the service "Shadow Clone Software Provider" and "Volume Shadow Clone" are enabled on automatically and started.
UPD: I saw in the log that before that another VSS error pops up, which is why the second one apparently happens
