How to allow access to the local network only if Kaspersky is installed?
Let's say they deleted Kaspersky - some kind of policy does not work now and for example there is no access.

There is such a thing nps, it can check for antivirus, but I don’t know if it can check for Kaspersky, plus you need the appropriate switch and radius setting.

Most likely, this will require either specialized software or a clever script.
It will be much easier to add the installation of Casper and the agent to the AD policies, and on top of that, configure regular network IP scanning and monitor the "Unassigned" folder on the KSC. Well, in KSC, by the way, you can set up a regular antivirus installation task marked "do not install if it already exists."
