How to extend the life of an SSD?
Need advice. I put the SSD, as the main and HDD, in place of the drive in the laptop. I found a lot of information about the SSD and how to work with it so that it works for a long time.
The only thing I don’t understand is how to transfer temporary folders and folders with the browser cache and programs to the HDD so as not to clean the SSD.

I found a lot of information about the ssd drive and how to work with it so that it works for a long time.Fine. Now try to forget all this dregs that you found.
No need to do stupid things
. Firstly, it all makes the computer slower, then why did you install an ssd.
Secondly, the guarantees for them are usually 3-5 years, and if it breaks, just change it, and if you lived for five years, then don’t care
I would advise you to focus not on how to extend the life of the SSD, but on how not to lose information from it.
At the moment, for a significant number of SSDs, there are no ways to recover data from them.
You can move the swap file to the hard drive, this will remove one of the main or main source of its write wear, but also eliminates the very purpose of buying an SSD - to speed up the system.
So, ideally, back up your data, or at least keep an eye on the wear of the SSD through SMART. You can view it, for example, using the manufacturer's proprietary utility (if any), or using the free R.tester (universal version).
