How to export sales from Woocommerce to tables?

Hey!
A question.
I have a WP site with Woocommerce. The site sells goods from different manufacturers (each receives its own% of the sale). I need to somehow set up a system in which each manufacturer will see statistics on the sales of his product, while the sales of other participants will be unknown to him. What is the best way to implement this?
What I came up with.
Stage 1
All sales are entered from Woocommerce into Google Sheets into one table with the following data: date, product name, amount, discount amount and payment status, using Zapier.
As a result, we have a table with all sales, but we cannot share this document for all sellers. I think it will not be entirely correct in relation to all participants.
Stage 2- export of data from one table to the table of each participant.
You need to set up a filter from the “product name” column - if it contains the word “cap” - the entire line is sent to manufacturer “A”, if it contains the word “jacket” - the line goes to manufacturer “B”, and so on.
The Woocommerce to zapier plugin helped me with the first step.
But I still can't figure out how to set up the second stage.
Can anyone suggest how to implement this? Perhaps there are some simpler methods?

Use the FILTER (or QUERY, if convenient) function to create intermediate tables, and from them, with the same Zapier, into the seller's Google table.
