A simple chat to control the performer with a mark of completed tasks?

looking for a fast-working alternative to Skype / Bitrisk24 with a minimum of functions - chat (probably with channels), assigning tags / properties to messages / archive / curtailing rights for other participants.
A kind of Bitrix24 for the poor on weak laptops.
Does anyone know the right one?

if an alternative to Bitrix24 is for the poor, I would probably advise deploying sugar crm on hosting.
