Good day. I decided to put things in order in the folder with web projects, but I ran into issues of systematization, folder hierarchy, their naming and structure. I read this interesting article, but it looks at the problem from the designer's point of view. Are there any tips of this kind from the point of view of a layout designer/developer of full-cycle websites (except for design)? Thank you.

In general, version control systems were invented for this :)
For example, you have several projects. Each in its own directory with a name you understand - say example.com, habrahabr.ru, etc. In each project, you initialize, for example, a git repository, and make commits during the development process (yes, to a local repository).
That's all, nothing more needs to be invented.
