How to export data from MS Access?

Please tell me the solution to the following question:
There are about 10 tables in Access with daily data since 1990, which are updated daily with new data.
How can I make Mysql tables automatically updated daily with new data from the corresponding Access tables?
If it were necessary to update only one table in Mysql, then this would not be difficult, but when there are more than 10 of them, this is wrong.
