How to export all Wordpress posts from one site to another with full copy of media files?

There is a news site with an existing content base. We plan to make a copy of such a site. How to export and import all content (records and media files)?
Through the standard WP import / export, it is only possible to partially copy the content. Links to the old site remain + no thumbnail. Is there a plugin for this purpose? Which?

copy the site folder
copy the database
do everything on the new domain
go through the database in search of full paths to the old domain.
