How to exit grub when turning on the computer?

Hello. The day sat, tormented.
I have Windows 8.1 on the SSD. Decided today to put on HDD (3 TB, if it matters) Elementary OS.
When the OS was installed, I did a reboot. But Win 8.1 immediately booted to me, the OS selection list is not displayed. I have installed Elementary OS, Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, Ubuntu 15.04 many times. Tried to install grub via Live CD. But apart from the "GRUB cannot find EFI directory" error, I got nothing.
Tell me what to do? In which direction to dig?

First, you need to consider that Grub usually boots in what is called Legacy Mode (the old mode of the regular BIOS). Therefore, if you want to load it, you need to enable this very Legacy Mode in the BIOS / UEFI settings, or as it may also be called - Compatibility.
Secondly, you need to consider that Windows 8.1 boots in modern EFI mode, which is usually selected by default in the boot options.
If you want to output GRUB, then you need to either switch to the old mode in the BIOS/EFI settings and choose to boot from your disk without EFI by default, or set GRUB to EFI mode.
Personally, I prefer the alternative option to this - installing a native EFI bootloader and choosing what to boot already in it. By a happy coincidence, I recentlyI wrote about it on my blog .
