How to execute the first command after connecting to ssh in PHPStorm?

I connect to Vagrant via SSH via PhpStorm - Tools > Start SSH session It is

necessary that after the connection the command

cd /app/www/my-site

be executed. What is this for?

When you open the terminal in a storm, the directory with the project immediately opens, I need to do the same, only so that the storm first connects to the vagrant, and then goes to the project folder.
