How to execute a git hook on a remote repo?

There is a task, after I do a git push from the local machine to github.com, a notification should fall from github to the telegram chat.
I was planning to do a git hook on the remote. But I ran into the fact that I can’t upload hooks to a remote github, they don’t push from the local one, the hooks folder is not visible in the github web interface (if it exists there at all).

What am I doing wrong?

Remote git hooks don't work on github.
