How to restore changes deleted locally in the staging area?

How can I revert project changes that I deleted by submitting to the staging area? And deleted, by the way, half of the site.

How to restore files that were indexed via git add but then deleted without committing?

To cancel all non-indexed changes, the command will allow:
git restore :/
