How to exclude your visits in Yandex.Metrica?

Please tell me how to prevent Yandex.Metrica from reading my visits.
The "Ignore my visits" function has already been activated in the settings, but as I understand it, this information is stored in cookies, which I periodically (during the development process) clean up.

The second way out on the forums is to insert your IP address into a special column. In the process, I realized that I have a dynamic IP (that's what those who understand IP call it, and it's not me).

And this is where I got confused. I'm afraid to do something wrong and will cut real visits.
PS I tried to install an extension for Chrome, but it cuts the functionality of many sites.

There are services that can determine fonts according to the example given.
For example, these are described here: web-profy.com/kak-opredelit-shrift-po-kartinke.html

  • Filter type - Exclude traffic
  • Field - IP address
  • Condition - In the interval
  • The value is 192.168.*
