How to evaluate whether someone needs it?

Good evening, Toster.ru.
I, as a person who can’t find his own style in any way and is “strangled by a toad” to pay a stylist, and then buy branded things, the cost of which exceeds all reasonable limits ... an idea came up.
No, the idea is definitely not new. Online fitting room.
www.virtualdress.ru/
lookwish.ru
suitup.ru
These are examples of currently existing ones. I was especially pleased with the suiteup, but 3D is not the most important thing in this matter.
I want to see myself as a whole. A lot depends on the hairstyle, how the eyes are set, etc. See if this hairstyle suits you with a beard (or without). Can you dye your hair? For girls: And what kind of manicure will look with a dress? And the bracelet? Where to buy? + online stylist help (optional). Well, etc. on the list, there are enough ideas of this kind.
Actually questions:
1) Maybe I just didn’t google and this is what already exists?
2) Because technologically it is difficult to master it alone, and until there is no sales, I am unlikely to achieve investments, then what feature is better to start with?
3) The last question and the most important: how to check that it's not only me who needs it?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

I'll start from the end.
And so, how to check. About 1.5 years ago I was actively involved in the sale of all sorts of very necessary things from the Middle Kingdom and I had the following method for checking the goods
: rubles)
2. I set up an advertising company (1k rubles to a friend, or Aori or something similar to them)
3. I replenish the balance of Ya.Direct by 3k rubles. I turn on the advertising company.
Landing is essentially standard, product description, phone/email number field and "Submit" button. So, I collect requests from people for this product within a budget of 3k rubles and then I look at how many there are in general.
For example, having spent the advertising budget, I attracted 30 customers who previously agreed to buy goods from me for 70 tr. Let's take into account failures at a level of 30%, throw in delivery, packaging, call center services ... In general, having considered all the indirect indicators, I made a decision whether to invest in a particular product.
The advantage of this method is that I have now invested 5 tr. In research, the goods have not yet bought. If the research failed, I don’t have illiquid goods in stock, I don’t have 90-120 thousand rubles frozen in it, which I don’t understand how to convert back into money.
Sometimes I heard the question "What about the orders at the test stage?" I just sent an SMS / email saying that I'm sorry, right now I don't have the goods, but I will in the near future. Would you like me to notify you? From experience - 80% of orders from the test are lost, 20% are actually lost in a month or three, when you already have the goods on hand, they confirm the re-sending and redeem the orders.
For applications or web services, exactly the same is implemented without problems. I described the scheme above. Write on your landing page saying "I'm developing this one, if you leave me your email, I'll give you 1 month of free access." Any variation on the theme is possible, see for yourself.
And what is your overall level? Does someone ask you for some tight deadlines? Do you have a deadline?
Take at least the same Rails as a base, implement the first page, registration form, personal account... Start small. Roughly estimate what parts your application will have. From practice, I can tell you for sure that there will be a "Users" module (registration, password recovery, profile), a "Payment" module (how they will buy a subscription), etc.
Now this task seems to you like some kind of huge monster, but if you break it down into 100 small pieces and solve 1 piece every evening, then in a quarter or six months you will get a more or less working solution, it is also called MVP.
Here I can recommend reading Getting Real from 37signals and get acquainted with the SCRUM methodology if you have not heard of it.
I personally don’t want to google for you at all,
Of the tips - look at the same time in Google / Yandex. Sometimes there are conflicting results. Search Google also in English, sometimes on the same topic English issuance is much more informative than Russian.

2) Because technologically it is difficult to master it alone,

For persons https://www.beyond-reality-face.com/overview (there is a js version) Watermark is cut quite simply, since there is no money.
For other parts of the body, take opencv and compile to js using emscripten

Check?
- interview people. any - friends, acquaintances, strangers at conferences, having prepared a list of questions
- google whether people ask something like that. what similar problems do they have and how often?
- analyze wordstat and other tools for evaluating search queries
- analyze competitor reviews - often people write in product reviews what they lack
- run a survey or test that can show demand
- make a very simple prototype and post it - using special services where you can test products on real people by posting on startup websites or running a viral campaign
