How to establish a network exchange with UM-300P and BM-9000S medical bedside monitors?

Good afternoon. The bedside resuscitation and surgical monitors UTAS YuM-300R and BIOCARE BM-9000S fell into the hands . In addition to ports for connecting medical equipment, there are Ethernet ports for connecting to a central station. Of course, there is no CA itself. For scientific purposes, I would like to receive data from monitors on a PC in any form, for further processing. I did not find support for the HL7
protocol in the specifications. Perhaps someone has already solved a similar problem and will kick me in the right direction. Dream: someone will share the server software of the central station. Question: is it possible to receive data (HR, ECG, RR, Sp02, BP) from such monitors via the LAN port without a CS?
