How to compare two folders of pictures, one of which is on Google Drive?

Hello.
There are many images on Google Disk (~200 Gb)
There are image folders on the computer that need to be uploaded to Google, they have different names.
I don’t want to download it to a hard one for comparison with the software that we managed to find in comparison of duplicates.
Perhaps there is software that can connect to Google Drive and analyze in the context of the local ass?

Do you need comparison by name or by content? If the content - then you can not get rid of the jump of information on the computer, except that just run the program in the cloud.

road4me.com/file_syncronization/disk-google-prosto... see the part where they describe "Google Drive as a network drive", connects as a "network drive" and after that you work with it as with a regular local drive.
