The client gave data from the server.
IP addresses and root data. on debian server 8 and 4 ip addresses. Everywhere Access denied to the root password.
The client also gave a photo of the ILO paper.

There is no more information. Can I do something? Or toko in the DC to break so that they reset the password through grub?

Well, to use iLo, as far as I remember, you need to know its address.
By the way, access via ssh can be tritely blocked for root.

On a server host or linux bare-metal? If the latter can also be accessed to iLO, then you can also drop it yourself through the iLO remote console.
