How to ensure anti-virus security of file servers on Linux?

We want to transfer several file servers from Windows Server to Ubuntu Server. What is the best antivirus solution for a file server on Ubuntu Server? On Windows Server we use ESET Endpoint Antivirus, and somewhere else also Kaspersky Endpoint Security. Wouldn't it be necessary to run a separate server with Windows-based antivirus to keep the Linux server secure?
