How to enable virtualization if not in bios?

The error itself is : "Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD.
VT-x is disabled in BIOS.

Enable VT-x in your BIOS security settings (refer to documentation for your computer)."

She herself is displayed when I try to turn on the emulator in the studio .. before everything was in order. but after installing docker and then uninstalling it. Here is such an error, although hyper-v has disabled
There is no virtualization in the BIOS, unfortunately. I can change the motherboard only in 2 weeks, but now I have to do something. Perhaps someone has come across something similar?

If it used to work, but now it doesn't, it means that the host OS is broken. The mother has nothing to do with it.
Fix the operating system. Reinstall as a last resort. Maybe you have Linux SPb systems activated or something else related to virtualization....

Motherboard model, operating system version - is it forbidden to disclose?
