How to enable the location of the child's smartphone on the map?

Previously (before changing the smartphone), I could see the location of the child in the Google Maps application. Now permanently offline even though location data is enabled. What is the reason?
Everything worked on smartphones honor-samsung, honor-huawei, does not work on asus-huawei.
