If you go to Settings -> Language and Input -> Google Keyboard -> Language, you can see that "System Language" is selected by default. It is necessary to remove it and put the necessary languages ​​\u200b\u200bin the list below (in my case, these are Russian and English (UK)). Now swype works)

There are no separate switches for languages.
