How to enable search for articles that contain the characters "/,. "?

Cms Bitrix, template Aspro Optimus. Search by articles does not work, where there are symbols "/", ",", "." , most likely they are understood by Bitrix as symbols separating words, but these symbols are disabled in the settings for separating words. Searching for an article like this "1/60432/21" or "68760.04.9916548692" will return nothing. How to solve the problem? I would love to hear your thoughts and advice on how to resolve this issue. idruweb , I would do two things:
1 I tried escaping characters and if escaping helps, add a script that would escape characters before calling the component
2 Write to the TP
