Why does MysQL take a lot of resources on the server?

There is a site on Bitrix, Business edition.
Tell me, what could be the reason that MySQL takes too many resources?
Server overhead:

MySQL consumes 28 gigabytes!

Here are the parameters that Business shows on the "Performance Monitor: DB Server" page Server Statistics

As far as I can see, the server as a whole is not overloaded.
So if there are no performance issues and the system is stable, I see no reason to change MySQL settings.
MySQL needs memory to perform optimally.

It is necessary to calculate the recommended size innodb_buffer_pool_size via Buffer pool hit rate
