Why do not new products appear after unloading from 1s?

When importing goods from 1s to 1s-bitrix, no errors occur, but new goods do not appear.
The import.xml and offers.xml files in the upload/1c_catalog folder contain these products.
Checked the site and checked the database.
Stopped working after update 1s.

Add a new menu item in 1s and run a full upload, check whether it appeared on the site or not. Make sure that the files are uploaded to the site and they are all right with the rights, look at the logs just in case and read about the new 1c update that you have rolled, maybe there is a description of the changes in the upload format. Check the version of the exchange module on the Bitrisk side, it might also be worth updating. And then debug the code...
