How to enable scrolling in TableView in PageViewController?

I use PageViewController, in the child view controller there is a Table View and an Image View. If the table size exceeds the screen boundaries, then scrolling to the bottom is not possible.
In Xcode Attributes Inspector I have the following properties.
If I change the "Bounces" and "Bounce Vertically" properties of the Scroll View to "on", scrolling becomes possible, but the table returns to its original position after scrolling. Recorded a video of this and uploaded it to YouTube www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rDd4oQQDB0
So how do you scroll a table that goes beyond the screen?

It looks like the design is for iphone5 and the emulator is iphone4.
Because the bottom piece of the screen does not fit.
