Can an app receive such data from iOS/Android?

Tasks:
Monitoring the movement of the iPhone around the office (measurement error < 1m)
Monitoring the position of the iPhone in space (movement, standing still, sitting. which of the following is possible?)
Activating the microphone during a conversation, that is, to voice (not recording, but just marking the beginning and the end of the conversation)
Determining whether the device belongs to a certain person (Example: there are 10 devices. It should be recorded that a person with device No. 1 talked to a person with device No. 7, and then with device No. 3)
The flight of fancy is not limited.
If the iPhone software does not provide for the issuance of this kind of information, then what solution would you suggest?

On android, you can track the movement, the object is moving or standing. You can also get a list of calls and contacts on them, you can already link numbers, call time (received, dialed), call duration.

Let me rephrase. You need to track the conversation not on the phone, but simply between 2 people.
