How to enable RDP without a monitor?

Good day!
There is a home file dump without a video card installed server 2012. (neither built-in nor external)
Before that, the roles of remote desktops and hyper-v were running on it. It worked without problems on rdp, but yesterday I tried to install vmware, it says that I need to remove hyper-v, so I decided to immediately delete the rdp service, because it is not needed in principle.
I remember before I could connect without this service. After the reboot, I can not connect via rdp.
I tried to run it blindly (connected the keyboard -> ctrl+alt+del -> login password -> win+r -> ...) I
performed all the actions on a working server (via RDP using only the keyboard), the system is the same (due to I updated my home file dump to server 2012, and installed it, changed roles).
But after a dozen unsuccessful attempts to do something with it, I decided to write here
How can I run rdp on it, or at least utorrent. Utorrent is on disk d in the Utorrent folder. The network works for it, I can connect to the shared folder . I
don’t want to rearrange the video card from my computer. We'll have to disassemble the floor of the system unit.
There is a suspicion that the server turns on, but there is no graphical component (during previous connections via RDP, everything was processed by a processor), and when connected via team weaver, the screen was 640 * 480 without the possibility of changing the resolution.

@hemn6vyr

you can try WinRM or Powershell Enter-PSSession. It seems to be enabled by default for 2012
