How to enable Paypal payment in Laravel?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
I understand that the question is banal, but I'm a little confused, to be honest. And the quality of Paypal's documentation leaves much to be desired.

Task: set up payments on the site via Paypal.
It used to be paypal/rest-api-sdk-php, but now it's outdated, as I understand it.
Now, as I see on the paypal site, there is a paypal/paypal-checkout-sdk and a paypal/paypal-payouts-sdk. But I still do not understand what the difference is between them and which one I need.
Can someone share a link to an adequate guide to integrating paypal payments into the site.

paypal-payouts-sdk is when you pay
stomp on the developer portal and disassemble everything there, and there is a sandbox
