How to enable moderated room service in Jitsi Meet?

Jitsi has the ability to pre-create moderated events with the generation of 2 different links: for guests and moderators. For example, this is what it looks like https://moderated.jitsi.net/
In the Jitsi configuration file /etc/jitsi/meet/[host]-config.js , the moderatedRoomServiceUrl
parameter is responsible for this. The value in the parameter is set to https://moderated. [host ], the parameter is uncommented, but the functionality does not work - the page is not available. I registered a virtual host in nginx and in Prosody, but to no avail.
In my case, the page is simply not available.
I've searched all over Google, but found nothing intelligible.
Please tell me how to enable this functionality.
