How to enable LiveEdit in WebStorm?

The plugin is enabled in the settings, but there is no "Live Edit" button in the view.
Google didn't ban me, but the search turned up nothing.

Prerequisites
- The LiveEdit plugin is enabled. The plugin is bundled with WebStorm and activated by default. If it is not, enable the plugin.
— The JetBrains Chrome Extension is installed in your Chrome browser.
Install the chrome extension.

I came across this answer but it didn't work for me. But, on YouTube there is a solution through a third-party plugin browser-sync
