Problem: autocompletion of selenium class methods does not work

Подумал сначала, что у вас не создаются описывающие стэпы методы... =)
ОК, проверьте чтобы соответствующие галочки стояли:
File -> Settings -> Editor -> Code Completion [Basic/Smart Type Completion]
