How to enable FTP capability in Elastic Beanstalk in AWS?

This service appeared on AWS not so long ago and all I see is that you can zip deploy site files there and it works great. But every time I would not want to deploy the whole CMS as I make some kind of change.
How to connect the ability to communicate with the server via FTP?
Step by step if possible.

There is no way to upload via FTP and other dibilism
for schoolchildren, we are serious developers, there is a git for this.
