How to disable caching on AWS?

Hello!
I work with AWS labmda and DynamoDB. I can not solve the problem with caching data in the database. The fact is that I receive applications from the site and these applications then go to CRM. But somehow it turns out that the application is already recorded in the Database, but it has not yet appeared in CRM and has been for more than a couple of hours. And it is necessary that within 5 minutes it was already added to CRM. And then I found the DAX DynamoDB function, but I have no idea how to disable it.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
