Why can't I go to the site that costs aws ec2 openserver?

I have set up Security Groups on an aws site.

I set up Open Server.

And aliases too.

When I try to log in from my car.

If I go from Dedik to 2ip.ru, it says "PORT IS CLOSED" in port 80 check.
What to do ?

Start by checking local access to the site - inside the server itself.
If it works, we will check the network, etc.
If it doesn't work, check openserver itself.
