Hello! I have a big question: why does WLS2 with kali linux not give out wifi adapters of my LAPTOP?

Because in fact, WSL2 means the banal launch of Linux in a virtual machine, which, of course, isolates the KULKHATSKERSKY tool from the hardware.

Work with Wi-Fi adapters is not provided in WSL2. You need to install Kali on bare metal, or in a virtualization system that supports PCI or USB device forwarding (if you have a PCI or USB Wi-Fi adapter, respectively).

Because there is no such thing as WLS2 :)
And in WSL2 - the hardware is virtual, because it is a VB-type virtual machine for programmers
