How to enable displaying the time of sent messages in Telegram (macOS)?

For certain reasons, it was necessary to remove the Cart and then reinstall it. After installation, I did not recognize the Telegu. In the settings there is some kind of devilry, I can’t make my messages be pressed to the right (before in the settings there was something like Adaptive View). But most importantly, messages for the past days do not display the time of sending, instead, just the name of the day of the week (marked green on the right).

Well, the panel with the list of chats cannot be expanded. The width is fixed. Either as in the screenshot, or even smaller to the size of avatars.
