I had a small problem, I was asked to make the site the possibility of streaming and recording video, with the ability to stop and start it at any time. And also, so that recording and streaming start simultaneously on two cameras. Tell me, please, I just started learning js and php and have absolutely no idea how to do it.
The client has a video server, there are configured ip cameras. Camera Model - Beward BD4330DS
