How to enable bash in windows 10?

Hello!
I'm trying to activate bash support in w10, installed all the updates, turned on the development mode. But the item with the activation of linux support is simply not in the components. I registered in the insider preview, but the start button is not active for some reason ...
What should I do then?

Windows 64 bit?
Not available for 32-bit bash.
