How to enable admin account?

The essence of the non-trivial task is this... Administrator accounts are disabled on the controller, oddly enough for everyone. The last admin disabled his and logged out. The question is, how can you reopen a slammed door? There were working uchetka of users, with the rights below.

In Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2, you enter a password for DSRM (Directory Services Restore Mode) when you create a domain.
Accordingly, if you have this password (it should be in any case, the only question is whether it is known or not :)), you will need to restart the DC and start the DSRM mode.
How to do this is described here - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc8168...

Reset the domain administrator password. This is a rather trivial task. There is a lot of information on the Internet.
