How to automatically delete local user profiles?

There is a microfinance organization with branches throughout the country (+ several branches in one city). The organization has a high turnover + very frequent rotation between branches. As a result, one computer can have more than 20 profiles. How to automatically delete profiles on all these computers, at least after the user is deleted from hell.
