How to enable ADB on a broken tablet without formatting it?

Tablet - Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 2014 Edition SM-P601 with non-working screen (and probably a sensor). You need to download files from it. There are no screens in the city.
The problem is similar to this one, with the difference that nothing is visible on the screen. The tablet is defined as MTP, but there is nothing in it (because it needs to be turned on).
Does anyone have any ideas?

connect to the TV via MHL if it supports, and if you're lucky you can control the TV remote control, or a mouse via bluetooch.
I had a simpler task, only the touch (sony xperia z3) did not work, buying an adapter and connecting a regular usb mouse solved the problem
