How to compile python applications into apk?

I must say right away that kivy is not offered, there is no machine with Linux.
Is it possible to build a Python project in apk on the device itself?
It should have been a standalone application that doesn't depend on QPython, SL4A, etc.
As on Symbian there is a SmartSIS program that can build default.py into united.sis

Take from here kivy.org/#download the image of the virtual machine (Virtual Machine). You put on Windows VirtualBox, and you specify to it this image. And all of you from under Windows running Linux. And then bulldozer to help

If you don't want to use kivy, then afaik - no way.
Well, you can also try to install the python interpreter on your phone, which you also rejected.
