How to enable a discrete graphics card on a laptop without using a monitor?

The monitor on the laptop was covered and for this reason I temporarily used another monitor, and today, due to my stupidity, I turned off the discrete video adapter through the task manager and the second monitor also passed out. I don’t know what to do now. How can I turn on at least one of the video cards on the second monitor, since there is no way to repair the first one? Notebook MSI APACH PRO GE 70, Windows 10, intel HDgraphic 4.... some kind, GTX860.

@Set3007

We go into Windows, turn on the screen reader (win + enter), then press win + r, type devmgmt.msc, press enter, then Tab, then press the down key on the keyboard (listening to the screen reader) until it says "video adapters" (y me it's down key six times), then left alt, right once, Enter, down three times, Enter and again Enter and let there be light!
