How to embed form from "Contact them" page to static page in Opencart 2?

I want to add a contact form to the article page that is already in Opencart on the "Contact Us" page.
This page is located along the path catalog/view/theme/coloring/template/information/contact.tpl, just copy and paste the form and paste it through the Opencart editor, it doesn’t work, as I understand it, it perceives and displays php variables as text.
How to transfer the standard form to the article page?
