How to embed admob in windows phone 8 app?

Has anyone managed to directly embed admob into the application without any adrotator? I can’t embed the library itself into the project, something swears about the fact that it is outdated (I’m writing from memory).

Exactly the same problem arose yesterday, I found the solution here :
Right-click on the downloaded DLL, Select the property item, At the bottom, press the Unblock button. After that, when connecting the library, there will be no error.
