Are there AR SDKs for Windows Phone 8.1/10?

I'm scouring the internet for an augmented reality SDK with Windows Phone support. So far without success. No, of course there is an option through Silverlight and XNA, but this is a very ancient way, and I would like Unity support. Can someone suggest something?

Old vuforia is just for AR and it seems to be able to work with windows phones. and for the unit it seems to be often used. It is strange that they did not stumble upon while looking.
