How to edit .ntfs files?

I need to edit the .ntfs file, remove a couple of folders, and upload a couple.
But when you try to do something, an error constantly pops out that it is read-only.

This file is not an archive! Although 7Zip shows the contents of the file as an archive, but because it can read and display them as a structure, the file still remains not an archive.
There are other programs, for example, that can mount these files, but they may not be able to, for certain reasons.

I think this is just a renamed VHD (virtual hard disk) and you can connect it in Disk Management.
