How to edit in google sheets?

People fill out the candidate's questionnaire in a Google form, tick the boxes, leave their email there.
All data automatically comes to Google Docs.
now managers process everything with pens and look at:
1. age (he must be over 16 years old)
2. in the completed questionnaire it must be indicated that no (no one works in our company)
If these 2 conditions match, then a letter is sent to the person’s email with instructions. If not, then nothing is sent.
