How to edit and add stuff in html and bootstrap site?

There are several sites (landing page), bought on themeforest (and there are a bunch of features, in the form of parallaxes, transitions, etc.) I want to transfer them to "administration" to a person who does not understand anything about this, but he needs to periodically edit the material (text) and on one add news.
I'm at a loss. So I’m thinking, either to fasten the lightweight cms, or to use a WYSIWYG editor (if so, which one can you advise?) Or maybe there are other ways?
As for the editor, by the way, I tried CKEeditor, but I didn’t understand how to make it not be displayed on the main page (but called by a certain command in the browser)
The questions are stupid, I understand, but I would understand at least where to dig) In the issuance of Yandex and Google percent 60 about Joomla and WordPress, but they are not relevant for me.

Try to fasten Aloha Editor, there are examples of use on offsite, including with sqllite.

Try to write a php file with a database like sqllite: D Let this person of yours have fun editing only the necessary blocks (MySQL is also an option)
CMS is always designed for certain tasks and you need to spend time installing it, configuring it, layout of the template. in that you need to edit the blocks "manager" it's easier to write a couple of files yourself, ala PHP + PDO + MySQL

I can offer this option - getsimple.ru is convenient for beginners and does not require a database.
