How to edit a document form in 1C 8.3?

I'm learning 1C programming, I can't figure out how to change the appearance of the document form: drag input fields, add a button. In all mana, everything is simple - dragged, added, but here for some reason it does not work out.

Ask a more specific question, it's not clear what you "can't do".
add a screen, or just a verbal description of what you are doing and what you want to get.
I don’t know what manuals you read, it’s better to take it:
Radchenko M.G. 1C-Enterprise 8.3. Practical developer guide. Examples and typical techniques
are all clear there and with pictures, and on page 137 there is a creation of a form with a description of what, from where and where.

You also need to keep in mind that if you try to fix a typical configuration, then the form may be "supported", which excludes the possibility of editing.
You can change the support property to "edited while maintaining support"

Ask a normal question while pointing to the sky. Support, no support, everything makes no difference, everything can be done, the main thing is to know what, and on the shoulders there must be an organ that can think.
